Yoga

Yoga is practiced for the first 45 minutes each Friday morning in RADE.

Yoga helps our participants to relax and reduce stress. It also contributes to better mental health and supports recovery from substance abuse; and can help to reduce withdrawal symptoms and lessen cravings.

Yoga is considered to be a low-impact activity – it is suitable for most people irrespective of age. Like Tai Chi, Yoga is a non-contact and non-competitive engagement that benefits posture, health, breathing, confidence and balance.
