CE Supervisor

This job is an excellent opportunity for someone with management experience wishing to work in the field of addiction or recovery. Reporting to the Project Director, the selected candidate will be part of a small, caring team who strive to provide an opportunity for participants to progress in their recovery through our wide range of arts and performance-based activities. The participants are at the heart of the RADE service, and the CE Supervisor will have daily contact with participants and staff, helping to build a strong community that offers a platform for progression from addiction.

CE Support Worker

This job is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in working in the field of addiction, recovery and community development. The CE Support Worker will have daily contact with the participants, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical support as they progress in their recovery and personal development.

A key part of the role involves assisting in the planning, delivery and evaluation of arts-based, educational, and life-skills workshops, as well as providing one-to-one key working support. The CE Support Worker will also contribute to maintaining accurate records, attending regular team meetings, and supporting RADE’s communications, including social media and public showcases.

This job is based in Dublin 8.
